This season had a new cinematographer iirc who wanted to use natural lighting rather than artificial lighting which saved time. Also they had moved to a new studio because they were no longer at NBC and they were filming underground or something, apparently underneath where 30 Rock was filmed. Dunno if that had any effect on the lighting too but it's cool to know. It's also why there's a pillar in the cafeteria now, the stage had tons of pillars in it that they had to work around or into their sets.

The fact that King sued to have his name removed only resulted in more publicity, and higher ticket sales. Even though King won his lawsuit, the damage was already done. Even to this day, his name is associated with the film, much to his horror.
