This is a demonstration of the Community Language Learning, often also called Community Counselling Learning, a method created by Charles Curran, a psychology professor making extensive use of the counsellor/client metaphor. In this method, the teacher is the knower and the student is the learner. I'm currently studying to become a TEFL instructor, and I must say - this video is very heart-warming. It is absolutely beautiful to witness learning in progress like this. The smiles on the students' faces would be so rewarding as a teacher - and as a human being.
