Giving food packages to the homeless gets you funding for the first year only. Can you explain why please?

That’s not true a project can’t get funding year after year

@@kexx_communityartist thank you. So funding is for short term (1 year or less) discrete projects and not for a CIC in itself. That is why funding is applied for each year. That makes it clear to me now.
