In 2009, Port Angeles, Washington hosted a Sustainable Design Assessment Team (SDAT) to help build a revitalization strategy for its downtown. Five years later, the momentum from that public dialogue had generated over $100 million in new investments downtown, including an award-winning waterfront esplanade designed by Studio Cascade and LMN Architects. This film describes the community-led process that took place.
