why did you use ir sensor? it does work when we replace ir to limit switch, and it is very amazing machine thank you for sharing this video
@FraensEngineering Жыл бұрын
Hi, I just had the infrared sensor lying around.

When will you share the details of the project?
@FraensEngineering2 жыл бұрын
The machine was assembled and programmed. I still have to test them and make some videos. Cutting the video will also take a few days. Depending on how much time I can invest, it will take a while.

It's really hard work both to design and to produce and to shoot a video and tell people how to do it.I think there is a serious infrastructure to be able to do this.Normally I see the inventions we make and you tell us how to do it. Sometimes I say it's not something I can do. how did you get so much experience
@FraensEngineering2 жыл бұрын
Hello, yes you are right. It is a lot of work and time that man has to invest. Unfortunately, it is difficult to monetize my projects. The income from KZbin is very low and not in proportion to the effort. I have taught myself my electronics, programming and video production experience over the years. In addition, I have been working as a design engineer in the packaging industry for over 11 years. Here I have already constructed some machines. My KZbin projects are more like toys ;-)

In my job, I design machines for packing open-mouth bags. These are sealed and palletized. In my free time I design and build what I enjoy

Do you do the design or is there a place where you get the drawings?
@FraensEngineering2 жыл бұрын
I design and build everything myself.

Hi, could you publish the 3d files or send them to me by email?
Unfortunately, I am not allowed to publish it in my country for legal reasons.

hello, I like your project very much and I would like to do it too. Can you share your stl files and arduino codes?

If I give a piece of advice, you should leave the spring attached to the cigarette holder loose, because the second time the spoon hits it should drop the cigarette.

Hello, I am still working on this project. It will take a while.

@@FraensEngineering Is it possible to design the machine as slow, medium, fast
@FraensEngineering2 жыл бұрын
The speed depends on the motors used. I have relatively weak engines. As a result, I need large transmission ratios. I have now used an Igus spindle for pressing. This works great. I'm currently struggling with the case attachment device. This doesn't want to work properly yet
