Compact 12.1 Mobile Block Making Machine

This video is recorded on the first day of operator training so the operator is not a professional yet and the machine is not working at its full speed.
The machine produces a great number of 12.000 standard blocks (20x40x20cm) in one shift of 8 hours.
The main difference between this new generation mobile block machine and the old ones is that this machine can produce paving blocks and curbstones as well as hollow blocks and solid blocks.
The machine uses special electrical drives for the electric motors to move smoothly and without any shock after each press. There is no need for pallets for this machine since it is pressing the blocks on the floor.
To feed this machine one 60m3/h concrete batching plant is needed.
