I know what you mean, it would be handy too! However, the voltage from NPF I believe isn’t as high as V-Lock? At least in the case of power the R5C, it’s only possible with V-Lock and PD power banks

You can attach a v lock mount to Blindspot plate and use NPF batteries to power your devices. 8v, 12v, and PD delivery with smart voltage to device.

Via the 15mm that comes with the kit and can connect onto the mini v-mount plate.

you mean the rod? There’s a screw-on point on SmallRig’s cage, this one particularly 😎

I personally have used it for about a year, no complaints from me. Works great and runs my gimbal & BMPCC 6k pro off the one battery for 3-4hours easily.
