Tim I just wanted to let you know I took your advice and bought a set of edge tamer's for my 7 ft snow bucket . I live in Rapid City SD . We had 20 inches of snow with 59 mph winds . I spent 7 hours on my 4066 M clearing the road and driveways for the neighbors. Didn't tear up any grass or dig into the gravel. Keep the videos coming.

i learned of the locknlube from your channel in the past and decided to get my own locking coupler through your amazon store. Also was in need of a better grease gun while looking for one found out they also have the Pistol Grip Grease Gun so got that which actually comes with the locking coupler. While on there website used there find a dealer and there is actually a dealer for locknlube 20 mins from home sadly had wrong one, they carry in stock the professional version but for my use the standard is just fine so went through amazon. In using the product which received last week it really is nice to uses almost no mess, grease goes in not out and around grease zerk, and no force needed to lock coupler on/ no more holding in place. A Great Product!

Really nice to see Katriel back in a TTWT video. She is so cute and so funny and looks like she would be so much fun to hang out with. I know you are a proud papa Tim and with very good reason. I just wish you could have gotten her on a tractor. Love to watch her operate. Especially when she sticks her tongue out the corner of her mouth because she is concentrating so hard. Looks like a bunch of great gift ideas. I know something you need and do not have. A 39 gallon transfer tank and a battery operated pump to go in the back of Clifford so you can carry tractor fuel in the truck. Also, I find a gasoline powered air compressor indispensable. Especially on dusty jobs. Tim, do you have a 1/2" battery powered impact wrench yet? They have made leaps and bounds with that technology and those things are really handy now. Especially for lug nuts.

Do you have a loader, backhoe or mid-mount mower? The grease interval for the loader and backhoe is every 10 hours. They are probably two of the most grease thirsty attachments on the tractor. The mower deck is every 25 hours. At 30 hrs over 18 months you should have already been greasing it regularly. Depending on usage it does not hurt to give these attachments a little shot of grease at more frequent intervals. The bushing pins on the loader and backhoe LOVES grease.

Once a quarter I get to spend 3 evenings on massive planning meetings with co-workers all around the planet (Google PI Planning and SAFe if you're bored). Since I spend 99.9% of my time just listening and being prepared to talk the other 0.01% of the time, I try to find a semi-mindless project to keep my hands busy so I don't fall asleep. This week I learned the ISO Tunes are great for this. I can engage in moderately loud activities and still hear the meeting. I also now have lights on the top of my OTC cab.

You should look at the Lumax lock on coupler, I personally like it better than the locknlube. Especially when releasing from a grease zerk that is clogged, and on my battery operated grease gun, it gets under a lot of pressure pretty quickly. The locknlube is much harder to release in that case than the lumax, IMO.

@AdamMuhle5 жыл бұрын
@@TractorTimewithTim I'd love to see how it works. The finance committee might actually approve a snow plow at that price. Then I'd just have to fabri-cobble a way to change the angle from the seat. You probably have access to the right people at Artillian to find out how bad of an idea it is too. It's well braced, but I know I'm too far out of my element to say how it'll stand up to the rotational/lateral force of an angled blade. (Perhaps you've seen Roy Rector's videos...he inspired the super duty Heavy Hitch as he was the first to use it for ground engagement implements and bent the original.)
