The best book for companion planting I've found it Brian Lowell book "Companion Planting for Beginners". Even though I had been companion planting for years this book was still helpful. I love the reference at the back. You can purchase it on Amazon.

We planted out spaghetti and zucchini too close together and they cross-pollinated. Didn’t hurt the plants, but made some really interesting zucchini colored spaghetti squash. I don’t recall having that issue with planting zucchini and crook neck yellow too close though.

I have planted zucchini and yellow squash together and never had issues. I plant pumpkin and spaghetti together and do not have issues with those either. How did the zucchini/spaghetti squash taste?

Great video! What about beans and peas? Are there any plants you can't plant with those two? I love to grow both of them.

Great question. Bean and peas should not be planted near alliums, like onions.
