As per companies Act 20 companies is maximum limit to be accepted by auditor.. Bt small co's and opc are not counted in the limit of 20.. As per council general guideline rule 8.. Maximum no of audits to be accepted is 30 companies widout exemption.. Eg. 20 public co'+ 12 opc's are allowed as per co's Act bt not allowed by guidelines

CAN WE USE HIGHLIGHTER FOR QUESTION PAPER DURING STARTING 15 MINS TO MARK THE IMP POINT? As per ICAI, writting on Question paper is not allowed. Pls confirm sir, if yes it will be very useful to marks the imp points. As per guideline, Highlighting is not allowed on Answersheet by using Highlighter. Whether is allowed on Question sheet?
