Thank you very much for the brief explanation and summary..what I want to know is, what are the rules to follow in order to value my company and set the number of shares(physical shares) in order to start selling them to investors. What regulates me to make 1000 or 10 000 shares available in circulation, do I calculate the value of the company's assets or do I set the share price based on how much money is required as capital for the company to go into operations? in SOUTH AFRICA.
