Git branches are useful when you want to isolate your work, but it can be a real pain to merge them into the main development line. In the previous video, @plonepaul showed how you can see new commits to a remote main branch without applying those changes to your code: • Browse Branch Commits
In this video, we’ll look at the different ways you can compare remote branches with your branch, or commits to a remote branch with your branch. PyCharm can even compare your local uncommitted changes via the *Show Diff with Working Tree* action.
