Comparing 3 budget AC milliohm meters - Which to get??

This isn't a paid or endorsed video guys, just comparing three of the tools that I have that serve the same purpose.
I really like the new HRM-10 meters, and will likely be using that as my primary meter now that it has been added into my collection.

Another great video. I need to get an IR meter. I wish I would've properly grouped my cells on my last bank. I'm not having any issues but I like knowing it was done right.

I use my RC3563 all the time,.. :-). my main negative with mine is no USB C (it is old school USB) and it is so bouncy, if I'm trying to be in a hurry it can be frustrating to cell group with it..... awesome video

I recently put together a small bank of Headway cells 3S4P. I notice the 4 groups seem to like their own voltage range. Two seem to float at 3.31, while another about 3.44 and the last about 3.21. I'm assuming some of the cells are just in better condition than others. Could measuring the internal resistance of individual cells give me an indication of which are good and which I should set aside? I think a capacity test would be more definitive, but I'm sure it's going to be more expensive and take a lot more time.
