Correct me if I'm wrong, Case 1(Store 1, Upper Fence, 6.3), I thought the formula for getting the upper bound is Q3 + 1.5 * IQR, which the breakdown as 2.9 + 1.5 * (2.9-1.8), the result is 4.55.

You made a mistake the whisker to Q1 represents 25% also the Q3 to whisker represents 25% and Q1 to Q3 represents 50% which means 100% in total
