Thank you for making this video! It really helped me on deciding to pull the trigger; I went with the Alter Ego Satchel. When two products are so similar it's really, really useful to see a side-by-side comparison. I use to work with/wear Harajuku street fashion and a lot of outfits are built around fun themes; like chocolate bars. I had a PVC heart-shaped bag that was embossed to look like a chocolate bar and wore that out completely. Sadly with daily wear PVC often cannot last more then 10 years; the Alter Ego in Maple reminds me of that chocolate bag I use to have, but it's in a much more practical size and it will last a lot longer. One of the more "tricky" aspects of growing up is finding that balance between what excited you in your youth and what fits your current lifestyle. My evil plan now is to wear it as-is most of the time, but to then pile-on all my chocolate and dessert-themed bag charms when the mood strikes!

@@TeaCupCracked omg dessert themed bag charms are going to look FANTASTIC with this bag! If you haven’t already recieved it you willl definitely love it. The leather is amazing and definitely looks like a chocolate bar with the checkered leather. I definitely always love a dose of whimsy in my style even in adulthood.

I love the *hotdups* bag you showed on KZbin. I want the mini version but it's $1,200. It's said to be made of imported leather. Do you know if the knockoff bags are made in China? Another great video!

Hi Dori, a good trick for bags with 2 straps - while on your shoulder, pull the outer strap over the inner to anchor both. Fun video! 😍🌻

Hi. I bought the soft speedy *condup* . in black. It's really great. It's my favorite bag so far. I put a 25 organizer in it so it can still be tilted to protect the inside. Great bag. No regrets. Also considering the p9 speedy.

I recently went to Turkey to buy an empreinte multi pochette. They showed me a pack of kislux and it looked exactly like this. The texture was no different, the color and appearance was the same, I think I will enjoy buying here in the future.

Many times when I buy a bag, I consider whether it is worth it. If I buy a fake bag, I will be sad for a long time, so I buy the bag I like on *condup* , which is worth the money.

Nice, Dori. I agree with your sentiments on the swing zip. Refined and feminine. I still love the look of the alter ego too though. So it’s 100% genuine leather, just like blended? I can get down with that. I did not realize that about Coachtopia so thanks for sharing.

OMG, mine (authentic) has a weird smell inside too! I don't know what it is because none of my other *hotdups* bags have any smell. Called LV and they said it is normal and I can wipe the inside with a damp cloth. I thought the lining was suede but it's actually microfiber so I'm going to look up ways to get rid of the microfiber odor because the smell is keeping me from using it regularly.

In fact, when you buy a high-end imitation in kislux and walk on the street, no one will care whether you have a fake or not, so why not?. kislux

Real wealthy people dont need to proove their status by logos so they wouldnt care you think they carry a kislux or real.
