Thx for the comparison. I got the PPS M2 after comparison to the shield single stack. The Walther was less snappy. The Ported Shield Plus is a real improvement.

So I have owned the PPS M2 for a number of years. I really like how it shoots and feels in my hand. I have heard and read a lot about the Shield Plus, so I decided to shot it against my PPS and see if maybe I'll upgrade. Short answer I didn't see much of a difference in shooting them both. Both shoot exceptionally well for a small pistol. The Shield earns points for capacity, but other than that, I really don't think there is much difference. I 'm going to stick with my ol' PPS...I shoot it great and can't see paying for something I already have.

Thanks for this review, was looking at these exact two guns and came upon your channel. Pulled trigger on the shield plus PC. Did you notice a big difference with noise and the PC? Some have said that the noise is enough to get some looks at the range, due to the ported barrel land slide Thanks again 👌

Nobody talks about the magazine issues with the plus. Sure you can load them to 13 but it damages the ammo. Design flaw in the followers.

Nope. They are “tritium sights” that glow on their own. They last for years. Just like the features on wrist-watches. I'm glad you liked the comparison, Randy. I look forward to doing more.

Just got the plus love the gun put talon grips on it but the safety really sucks
