I got a blue tensile ball from Walmart and I LOVE IT! I've never seen a green one, only blue, red, and yellow!

The only reason the tinsel ball froze like that is because the inside is filled with water so only the water froze in the snow so the skin could still move cause the skin is not frozen with it hope this makes sense
