This is very lame excuse. Similar traffic rules are in democratic countries in West /USA as mentioned about Iran. Unless forced strictly people dont follow rules. Previously excuse was infrastructure is bad blah blah but now that Indian government is building infra, strict rules and penalty for breaking traffic rules is a must. 1:21 Horn is used because there was bad infrastructure /high traffic and people were basically "self managing" traffic but i believe with fast developing infrastructure this thing will slowly go away. It has unfortunately become habit. But one excuse in favor of India is large population density to manage . Even in NY traffic is bad as India But this logic falls flat when we compare to Japan. So ultimately it depends on people. This only proves Japanese are most civil people in world.

It's a bitter truth that indian drivers not all but mostly are highly uncivilized and don't want to follow traffic rules. 30% of Civilized drivers like me have to bear this. Traffic police doing only formality job only collecting revenue where it is not necessary. Once i have been to Iran and I was highly impressed with their civic sense..Keep it up.(Delhi)

That's why I love Iran. I also want to see my country developed. India has faced so many difficulty in past. Specially food security. So India can't focus on infrastructure. And one more reason is communist mindset of our people. We actually denied the development. People don't give their land to make the roads. People encroached the road and make shop and houses upon the roads. And when government wants to demolished that so many people come for protest. And it is not economically viable to redesign the old city. Because Greenfield cities(a completely new city ) are more economically viable. Like Noida, Gurugram, chandigarh Bangaluru. There are many projects in Varanasi for roads. But we can't get satisfactory results. But it's also necessary to focus on our old city. Hope our roads will soon organised just like Iran. And I also like Iranian houses specially use of carpets. IRAN🇮🇷🇮🇷♥️♥️♥️

The difference is for example : if in Iran there are 20 vehicles but in India there are 1000 vehicles on roads. If you follow proper road discipline then you will never reach the destination. 😂😂😂😂

India is secular democratic country. Iran is a theocratic country. In authoritarian countries, its easy to put any change in motion. No opposition no protest or even if they protest these kinda of government Know how to handle them. Protest after Masha Amini changed anything in iran ?? No right. Moral police is still there., if it was in India, the moral police would have been removed. So secular democratic countries have its cons and pros. The con is government cannot change anything if people don't want. Farm laws had to be repealed (i loved it free market of agriculture). Government thought it would lose its vote in next election hence repealed... Recently they started charging money for helmets in Gujarat but people didn't like it obviously so to appease them (votes ) government took it back. So this is the price we have to pay for our democracy. Iran will get High GDP and what not but probably will never have liberal secular democracy like India has. Your country is in war you know why coz it's not democratic country. Liberal Democracy countries would never get in to someone else's war (Israel Palestine) and support terr0r!sm.

I have been driving in middle East.... To obtain licence they have to go proper test Given to educated people...in India any uneducated person can get licence by paying bribe ie there is no proper lane discipline,plus road rage...in middle East in case of accident They will not communicate which each other they call police ...in India they will start hitting you becoz they are uneducated person I stay in Bangalore...govt especially fr taxi,auto etc...shld make new rule that if they indulge in road rage twice..ie 2 complain there licence will be cancelled for ever And all auto ,taxi,bus horn shld be removed..then see the difference

After independence, there was a high population and less money. They started building things randomly. And caste reservation systems followed brought incompetent people in bureaucracy & administration. These people did not implement discipline, hygiene, aesthetic in streets or any city planning. That's why today many cities look totally unplanned. Also due to congress caste politics, muslim vote bank appeasement....those beautifications, planning city, discipline were never their priorities of congress govt. Whatever India is facing today is because of the Congress govt.

First of all understand Indian developments started after 2014 though we have got our independence in 1947. We were in Deepstate clutches till 2014 who wanted us to be a backward country. Having said that compare us after generation change that will happen in the next 5-10 years. After that people will learn to adhere to basic etiquettes and stuff. No more unwanted honking and things you will find later.

Definitely India need to improve lots in public transportation culture and rules. But there is no comparison between INDIA AND IRAN due to difference in total population, per km density in iran 55 people where as In India 500 people , per capita income also almost double of Iranian , density of New Delhi aprox 30,000 person per sq km where as Tehran it is 11000 per sq km , these all factor matters a lots creating modern public infrastructure like roads , civil sence etc. But i can ensure you upcoming years India and Indian metro cities would have better civic senses due to high tech CCTV cameras and rules and regulations. After 10 years New India would be better than Iran in road infrastructure, public transportation as well as modern infrastructure. India would have highly educated youth , improved per capita income and 100 % literacy rates. Like UPI in financial sector india would surprised rest of world soon by high tech AI based technology to control public transportation with enforcement of traffic rules and managed road transportation. Any way bro ,good video and Tehran looking quite neat ,clean and modern ❤

actually this bariers also dont let cows , beggars sellers etc etc, create more traffic jam . plus even if the percentage of honking in India in traffic light are relatively less , one can hear honking from small lanes and other impatient smaller two wheeler. But yes I agree a better planning and better traffic culture needs to be cultivated again in India ., but it is being worked out and it will take time as it is a big country , but it will happen as we fix things as we go forward .

First of all India is 3 times bigger than iran And population of iran is same as only one state of India for example Karnataka Iran metro program started from 55 years ago Now Tehran has biggest metro in west of Asia And there is metro in mashhad and Shiraz , Tabriz , Isfahan And in the other places it is not workable bz city are small with less population

@@fati.greenland yes India is almost 3 times bigger than iran , can you enlighten me on which year first metro start operational in Iran because in google it is saying that in year 1999 Iran got his first metro operational, while In Kolkata metro already operational in 1984, currently metro are operational in 17 cities and in many cities is under process , you know if you go to mumbai, you can see mono rail too and in kolkata tram is also available but they are not covering much distance as compare to metro. In Kolkata we have metro which run inside the holy river ganga.
