I had the XBOX, 360, PS2 versions and now I have the gamecube version cuz I'm too much of a cheapskate to afford the 360 version again. GC is the only version without the piss filter haha. Looks super jagged though

I mastered this game on ps2, loved it had outstanding control, and graphics , favorite need for speed game but i love em all

the xbox 360 version was the best as it was exclusive and released at the start of the console sales, and later it was available on other platforms besides PS3

@@karsliproductionwith CFW it can be emulated with ease. Unless you have the original PS3 with the 4 ports then you can just pop the disc in and play it.

Why does the 360 version looks worse on the series s? The game isn't backwards compatibility so did you downloaded the original xbox game and emulated it on series s?

In Series S, I think Retro Arch was used. If Microsoft and EA had balls, the Series S could run with better graphics than the Xbox 360.

Wii U runs GameCube games natively. The Wii U is built upon Wii hardware and The Wii is basically an overclocked GameCube with more ram. So it is not emulated.

I remember I played the sh*t out of the Gamecube versions and I don't remember the colors being this washed out, but it did look very blurry. Glad I can play it on my steam deck now at much higher resolutions with a higher framerate, higher level of detail. All in the palm of my hand

I have an unrelated question, but anyone who could help would be great. Is it possible to play the GameCube version of most wanted on Wii? I know the Wii can supposedly play all GameCube games, but I haven’t found any footage, or any set in stone answer that says I 100% can. I ask because I’m thinking of trying the game this way (this would be the only way I can play it) and I want to make sure it works before buying a GC controller and memory cards and all that

As long as the game does not require the Game Boy Player or the Broadband Adapter, you are ok to play GameCube games on Wii 👍 💯

The xbox original is the only graphics that's not been emulated and some xbox consoles like series s or x dont emulate on xbox original same thing as ps4 or ps4 pro they only use pcsx2 emulator on consoles and pc they dont usually look different they prob look the same

Alright if Im correct the 2005 version of NFS:MW was only available on the PS2 and PSP on PlayStation platforms. The only way to play it through the PS3 and PS4 would be through backwards compatibility as it wasn’t a standalone release for said consoles. Only the 2012 version was available for the PS3 and PS4. So even if they wanted to it wouldn’t look as nice because it was designed to run on a PS2. Whilst on the xbox side of things they made it a separate thing for the xbox 360. Which competed with the PS3. Which is why it looks much better. Hope this clears it up!
