I'll help you on the truck. You pulled the 88-98 1500 Silverado, but the truck Rockstar made was the 99-02 Silverado 1500. Thats why nothing matches on the mod you used.

The ss454 silverado (88-98 gen) is actually the previous gen truck compared to the Yosemite 1500 which would’ve been based off the 1999-03 (I think) generation. And technically it would b the sport version of the truck.

Hella, the 454 SS silverado was made in 1993 as a direct competitor to the first generation Ford lightning. It had a 454 cubic inch big block engine in a standard cab 1500 silverado. They are quite rare and valuable these days. Btw it still couldn't beat the lightning. Sadly even with that monster of an engine chevy nerfed it to only 230 hp and 385 ft lbs of torque. I wanna say brits use Newton meters? I'm probably wrong about that one.

I think Rockstar found a loop hole that they can make a car 90% accurate to the real life version and make slight changes such as different lights, tiny increase in proportions, different wheels etc so that they don't get sued by the manufacturers.

If they actually did then the crashes won’t be as good because company’s wouldn’t want people to see there cars being crashed like that, also it’s supposed to be a lore thing. GTA is supposed to be a parody of stuff from real life and adding real car brands would kill that. Also my personal opinion I think there would become a bias with car brands with car companies paying rockstar to put more cars into the game and we wouldn’t see fan favorites instead we would see the new lame cars that rockstar is paid to produce

Today's equivalent would be a camshaft from Temu lol. The installation was next to impossible and it drove horribly when it finally ran. Finally sold the big block and got a 5.0 from a crashed Mercury Mountaineer and it was an H.O.
