カナダからこんにちは !!❤ It's interesting to see the brands you recommend, as they're not commonly the petticoats talked about in the western community! I might give Catherine Cottage a try.
So if you're in Japan, instead of calling it as Petticoat, you look for panniers❤ We'd like to know how to clean and keep the shape of panniers please?❤

The safest way to clean a petticoat/pannier is to hand wash it. If your petticoat/pannier has lost its shape/volume you can try to iron it on a low setting (for hard tule) or steam it (for other materials). Some people like to hang them inside out to preserve the volume. Some people even starch them. There is a lot of information on petticoat/pannier care in the lolita facebook groups. Except for washing I never had to do any of them. My first petticoat was from Fan+Friend and kept its volume for over a decade because it was a combination of hard tule and organza, by the time it started losing its volume it was because the organza had worn out/was damaged so there was no way to revive it anymore. My second petticoat was from Moitie, and it was so fluffy that even when it deflated a little bit it was still plenty of volume. I'm now using Aurora and Ariel petticoats, they use a type of synthetic material I hadn't seen before (I believe they call it cyber netting), whilst the lining is a comfortable cotton. I bought them because an online acquaintance told me her petticoats from that brand never lost their volume and that she never had to try to revive them.

@babhiemiao if you ever get any blood on it the best way to deal with it is to get a tub or bucket with cold water with lots of salt dissolved in it, then dunk the blood stained garment in the cold salt water and keep it submerged for at least 24 hours. After 24 hours check if the stain is still there, and if it is then make hand washing motions and leave it to soak a little longer. Never get warm or hot water on a blood stain, this will make it near impossible to remove.
