How much does that 85mm canon lens weigh? That’s bigger than my forearm ,lol, looks like it’s packed with some good glass.

Hi, yeah, it's a big and heavy lens, In-Use Weight is 44.5 oz (1260g), but in my opinion, this monster is the best lens I have in my collection

Wouldn't you be putting a 55mm-ish lens on the Fuji instead of 90mm to account for crop factor? That's the only way to get equivalent effective angle of view similarities. At 90mm on a Fuji, you are getting a effective focal length of 135mm-ish.

Thanks!! The video was great! I'm still deciding about which system to go with mirroless. Now I have Canon DSLR. I don't to go with Canon mirrorless because RF lenses high price. Sony, Nikon and Fuji seems to be the best alternatives for me. Financially, a body (or two) and a set of lenses seems to be cheaper with Fuji thanks to Sigma, Tamron and Viltrox lenses (and other chinese small brands) and the bodies are cheaper than Sony and Nikon for similar video and photography specs. Being only APSC isn't a big problem for me, I would prefer full frame, but APSC is more than enough if paired with good lenses.

Hi there, thanks alot for your comment and watching my video. Well I think Fuji especially this XH2S can be a great help of you. I made a short documentary with Fuji XH2S just last week and I'm gonna upload it soon in a few days. That video can also help you to decide if Fuji XH2S can be your next gear or no. Stay connected 🙏

I've found with heavy gear that the battery grip can help. When you left hand is under the lens your wrist or palm is making contact with the battery grip. To keep the weight down just put in one battery in.

There is a plugin called cinematch that let's toy match different log files and raw files so they all look the same. So you can shoot Canon and Fuji for video and it won't really matter.

Thank you very much for the great comparison, Canon cameras are almost perfect especially in photography, and that is why so many people around the world use Canon or Sony cameras because of the many photos we see on the internet every day. And whether in the city they have a completely similar character in terms of the quality of the image, which unfortunately is completely repetitive and boring for me personally, the good thing about Fuji cameras is the different character and the uniqueness of the camera images, which instead of competing with Canon and Sony cameras. Fuji has decided to make its camera images look more like 35mm analog films, which I think is fantastic, a very smart decision, this has made Fuji cameras produce unique images that are completely different from the market and have a nostalgic and artistic feel. In the pictures there is a Fuji camera that I fell in love with, I have decided to migrate to the Fuji system soon, I just hope that by then Fuji will release a full frame camera with features similar to the one you reviewed.

I appreciate your kind comment. Yes I completely agree with you, and I believe some of the lenses in Fuji set, like the one I presented today "90 mm" or "105 mm" are doing so great in portrait mode which can easily compete with Canon. I think you are making a smart decision by migrating to Fuji system. You will like it. I'm gonna share more reviews with this system. Cheers
@bigrobotnewstoday1436 Жыл бұрын
Sometimes Fuji and M43 can cost more then full frame when you are chasing that full frame look. For example The Fuji 56mm f1.2 has the bokah as a full frame 85mm at f1.8. With the Olympus 45mm f1.2 and it being a 90mm you have the bokeh if a full frame at f2.4 and Panasonic makes a 42.5mm f1.2 and that's a 85mm at f2.4. Fuji and M43 are cheaper if you stick with the f1.8 and f2 lens but the other faster primes if you want them you just have to choke as its what these systems offer when you want more bokeh. But the fast zooms are cheaper like the f2.8 but full frame as f4 lens a little bit more money that might work for some photographers but the Fuji and M43 f2.8 lens I think will be better for autofocusing in low light.
