Comparison between Rinehart 4" and Rinehart 4.5" DBX. 2014 Street Glide Special with SE intake, Rush headers, 4" Rinehart, and PC tuner. 2017 Road King with SE intake, Rinehart Slimline duals, 4.5" DBX, and SE tuner.
Its a little hard to tell from the sound on a computer, but the 2014 Twin Cam with 4" Rineharts sounds very deep and mellow. The Milwaukee 8 with 4.5" DBX is very deep and throaty, much louder overall. Both sound excellent in my opinion, not sure if the M8 will ever sound the same as the Twin Cam Rinehart we have come to know.

my vote goes to the 4" w/Rush headers. Sound is refined and poppy, clean like I like it. Very nice rides on both accounts, my friend.

I went with Stage 1 Rinehart and 4.5dbx. Love em. Def loud enough for me, and apparently some of my neighbors. Lol

You can get different baffles for your t a b mufflers

I took the baffles out of my DBX 4.5" mufflers and cut them in half. Now it sounds the way it should. They're too quiet stock.

Love the sound of those 4.5 DBX’s does it still have a nice bark at cruising speeds so people can hear? And did you lose any low end?.

Thanks! Yes, it has a really nice bark when you get on it. However at cruising speed its a bit mild. It could be a bit louder in my opinion, but still a very good sounding set of pipes. No loss of power on low end. My dyno tech really ran it well.

4” better at idle. 4.5 DBX better at open throttle. Maybe the next one will be the combo. They can call it, “Fused”

You must have some riding/ training experience. Noticed that you mount and dismount from the curb side and cover the rear brake before you pull off 👍
