The record is actually WAY higher than that or 0.91. My great grandfather was caught driving with a whopping 2.67 BAC. The police were baffled and even said “How are you not dead?”, called him “Dead man walking”. Even then he didn’t shatter a record. Someone once had 3.47 BAC. Not sure how true it is but the highest is definitely 3 at the very least. Vampires would get absolutely wasted off of them.
