I have to admit something. Yesterday i went to check the New Creta in person and trust me when i say this, It looks ten times more appealing and proportionate and stylish in real life. I have been in and seen Seltos's interior and without any unbiased opinion Creta looks much more premium and posh and inviting. I first had my doubts about The Creta's looks but when i saw it in person my whole perspective changed. But the exterior of Seltos looks far better and ahead of its competitors. For me Seltos's exterior looks the best in its segment, without a doubt

I own same coloured DCT, Creta. We don't buy SUV for fancy looks. Overdone exteriors may impress for a while. On long term, maintenance, service network, resale value, brand name etc counts more. Difference mentioned in body role with stiffer suspension in seltos is hype.

After watching many videos and my research says that creta wantedly ruined the design to increase the Kia market sales.becoz they r like cousins, creta sales are higher and exterior design is Soo good in old creta. If they launch with the best design and the features offered now then there is no point to compare creta with seltos. Creta hit more sales than seltos.soo, to increase the sales of Kia which is new to India. they just ruined the creta exterior Soo people will attract towords seltos too

Honestly guys your review of this comparison is the best out there. Totally unbiased. I did test drive both the cars recently and finally decided to buy the kia seltos and i genuinely feel that the seltos is much better car for the price. People complain about the drive quality doesn't understand driving dynamics. P. S-The new creta feels bouncy over pot holes and speed breakers when the car is loaded with more people(5).

New Creta is a disaster in terms of styling. Only for that reason people will move away from it and towards Seltos which is exceptionally stylish. The only thing you would wish Seltos had was the paddle shifters in the Turbo Petrol DCT version. Still it is the Seltos all the way!

If I wold have go for one car between the seltos and the creta , i would say it is the creta just bcoz it has auto hold feature which adds more convenience in stop go traffic on auto gearbox and more so on the manual gearbox, the only feature that shud have been there are 360° camera with blind spot monitoring and front parking sensor.

I checked both the cars and frankly not sure how many commentators really want to buy any of the cars (means have they really drive the cars).. I tried both last week - Seltos on the outside is plain and simple , nothing attractive but nothing to point about too. It’s not a head turner for sure. In the interior, it was lot of shiny stuff (looks like forcefully put) , setup of display unit and driver console is out of proportion (uplifted square box kinda setup) and those different DJ light kinda setup looks “chapri style” to me. Plain Color is surely better in lighting. Heads Up display is something you can skip anytime but yes 360 degree camera and front parking sensor is good to have or must to have feature. Creta on the other looks new in design , it won’t get unnoticed, and frankly it’s not polarising but simply very “non traditional” . Panaromic sunroof is very good along with the single unit centre console setup (looks very premium in person) , music setup is better here than Seltos though both have Boss system. Important thing i noticed in ride was that Kia has jerkiness in the 0-20 km range (in traffic your head keep moving) whereas Creta is refined all way .. I will buy top end Turbo petrol, haven’t decided the winner yet but Hyundai after sales/ networks and resale value is again a deal breaker ... It’s my personal view ❤️ and I am not at all an expert . Also this is my first comment on KZbin.

A big advantage for creta will be the number of service centres (around 1300 for creta vs about 280 for the seltos).For people doing long travels and living in small towns and villages this does matter. Spare parts price will be also cheaper for the creta

Just started watching the video, and I have to say that I would be more pleased to see the Kia outside my front door than I would to see the Hyundai. That said, I can't help wondering if the Hyundai might look fairly decent in a few "select" colors. For example: silver or white, to hide that strange silver band or a ruby red...the same color as the tail light lenses. The Kia? Not sure what to think about the stripe along the bottom of the car. Just noticed, both cars have what look like padded armrests on the top of their center consoles, but they are too far back to be of use as an armrest. So what's the point?

See the price difference between htx ivy and creta sx ivt is 1.5 lacs so if there is no boundary of budget you should go for seltos top model or I think that seltos htx ivy will be a better option because you will save your 1.5 lac rupees

kia seltos offers more practical features like Front parking sensors, Rain sensing wipers, 360 °cam, HUD, and blind spot which r more useful than wat creta offers like Panaromic sunroof is not a regularly used feature just a luxury kind of feature maintenance of it will be more difficult in longrun and we have to be more cautious while parking it on roads whn we travel away from home Though sme features r good in creta like paddle shifters n electric parking break. Good review though you didnt mentioned about fire issues in KIA in USA and in india also it happened. Secondly they have very poor service and they dont even have service centres which in turn Hyundai is tried and trusted brand have good number of service centres and parts availability easily. Personal choice but interior of Seltos though now look good but over a period of time yku will feel boring.. instead simple and sobor ones are better

Creta has pathetic design as you can see in video, if ride quality difference is 18-20 then handling difference is 17-20, 20 being Seltos here.

Creta base model has 8 inches touchscreen stereo against kia seltos which it doesn't have. So I definitely prefer creta over seltos

You are taking precautions with masks and hand sanitizers but showcase it properly and not just for the sake of it. The guy barely rubbed his hand on all sides after applying the sanitizer. On styling of the cars I hate styling on creta
