The EVO-2 is made by Pragoimex, which also made the Vario trams (a spiritual successor to Tatra T3). They're smaller than Skoda in terms of production scale, but they're very successful inside Czechia, with many cities ordering their trams.

It's ironic, but the trams designed by Porsche 5:30 are in fact the most ugly on the outside and impractable ones for inner space of all the types. I travelled on one of these in Praque .... luckily Prague and Brno never ordered more of these trams. but let Skoda design the much more ForCity line of trams.

There's basically lots of old trams, built between 1928 and 1977, some have been refurbished (like the 4700s, which have been "polished up" in and out but they still have the original equipment, or the 4900s, from 01 to 50, which have been heavily modernized and now have an HRI, current name for Ansaldobreda, VVVF drive, while from 51 to 99 are kept original), but most of them are all original, which kinda has been the way for Italian mechanics, they hardly ever refurbish anything unless it is really necessary, so they keep most of the transport original because it is cheaper and in the end reliable. Honorable mention goes to Turin, which also has a modest amount of old trams + a VAL metro line.
