I think depends on budget. If you just let it stand on the shelves, get ZDToys as it does the job and if you want articulation, I say SHF is pretty good... but if you have the budget get Alphamax (i wonder how to change the battery if it is dead) as it looks like a miniature Tiga. Good comparison!
