It was such a honor and pleasure to talk to talk to Paul Gilbert - his approach to self-compassion is wise, sane and kind. It was wonderful to talk to him!

Thanks for this. I needed to hear this.. This was straight on POint not just some sweet talk. But if we see ourself as enemies is not good. I have learned to see all human as human. But i guess its natural for people to become enemy to a person who has alot of power, like myself BEFORE in the past. I loved to go through that and now learn. And it made me more peaceful right away.

I adore Gilbert’s work and use it a lot in my own psychological therapy so it’s great to see one of the people from my earliest days in Buddhism talking to him!
