Thank you this helps.am pretty sure I could use more to learn how as plaintiff I would convey at deposition the severity of my emotional distress. Cap is where we started when I was told it would be re written at a lower number I asked why then explained that it was a suitable number a starting point for me a number to stay with. What is the time limit for emotional distress? I had a full blown mental break down leaving my ex. He has lied to my son telling him his diseased birth father was not his father. It has destroyed my relationship with my son. I left this man in 2016 and the abuse and lies continues today. I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 in 2015, I believe a result of trauma. The situation is very triggering for my bps which puts me at a 20% greater risk for suicide in addition in 2012, my brother ended his life putting me at even greater risk. Due to continued lies about me to my kids and now being an alienated parent I have had life threatening mental issues as a result of this 23 year long abuse. I want it to stop. He knows I’m at higher risk. The man threatened me in 2015 I would be nothing without him and he would take my kids, house and put me out of business. I got my house, business but those are just physical things. He convinced my son that I’m not his mom and my son hates me. Some days I just don’t want to live. It’s not normal grief because my son is a living and so filled with anger towards me. It’s a long slow torture. I’ve sought much help and nothing makes me feel better. I’m a loving kind mom who was abused and even though he is of my home his manipulation continues. Are you in ny? I’m Long Island.

I find that I'm only wanting to sue in my particular case because the person in question puts zero effort to compensate for damages to me, but drove me into complete mental illness to compensate for their mental sanity. So I was brought up to convenience their inability to handle their abuse and now that the situation is in my control, they do literally zero effort, it's convenient for them now that there's an intelligent observer around them. No humanness left essentially not just remorse or healing, just a damaged soul using time to heal. And time is a scapegoat for narcissists to heal. It takes work to heal, nature is a non linear healer, so this person is essentially expecting me to juggle their healing and for me to move out and heal and be as natural as possible all in one. All because they couldn't say "NO" or not participate in their particular situation.

Your a pretty person, having this person sued definitely might help, but don't have that front and center. Ask yourself, what heals trauma, what helps gain better view of my situation without sacrificing my potential in other fields. It's usually what you put in your mouth and what scripts/stories you tell yourself. Food can h3al but it can't be a linear diet like we've been taught in modern times. I guarantee you, a salad, pasteurized waters/milk, and fruits do not have the factors that the trauma needs. You need to quantify what tastes and feels right. I'd personally start with something appetizing but isn't cooked to death. Trauma in the brain is a sign humans are failing to be social. By definition we have longed for a society that puts social value and natural Ness first. So you've got to seperate a little from European anti nature emotions like that attract others to that behavior.

Miletti law my lawyer violated quite a few points in rule 4. She had meetings with co trustees behind my back. She belittled me. She released me without notice. Would not give me my file. Tried to bait and switch with a 2nd contract giving her limited power of attorney. When I said no she belittled me. Got the other trustees to file a lawsuit to remove me as trustee while I was still her client. My only fault was if you could call it that was to take my fiduciary duty seriously and to try to hold the other trustees to the same high standard. I have filed a complaint with the MO bar. Can I sue her for damages? I've worked with attorneys before but never had one so incompetent and vindictive. It has gotten so bad it is causing me health problems. Please advise.

It’s been almost a year since I was pretty much booted out of my trailer because of mold, sewage not being hooked up, etc. it’s caused both myself and my partner emotional stress. We’ve recently found a new place to stay but I was wondering if we would be able to pursue this any further? I have the 3rd type of distress yet can find no one to represent me. It is against my divorce attorney and how she treated me. It lasted from May 2017 to February 2022. I wake up every morning with her face staring at me. I already had a mental illness. My psychiatrist says this is a situational depression there’s new medicine he can give me all I can do is change the situation, which I cannot in which I couldn’t, we couldn’t change attorneys because the retainer fee was so high and there is no refund after the fourth visit is when she started verbally abusing me and she did it since then it was so bad. I cried when I had to go to her office, and I cried upon leaving her office, just no one says their law practice does that went on the Internet it says they do. This was a great video. My doctor just had to put me on some new medicine on top of my old medicine because I told him I wanted to commit suicide because I can’t take seeing her face and what she’s done to me I don’t know what to do
