Competing at THE BELGIAN 'FIERLJEPPEN' CHAMPIONSHIP *Bruised Ribs*

You've probably seen videos about this sport on the internet. It looks weird, dangerous and fun at the same time. So this was something we absolutely had to try out. This is Fierljeppen a sport invented in Friesland, Netherland. Lucky for us, there was a Belgian Championship a couple of weeks ago and we gave it our best shot to become the new Belgian champion! We saw so many slams that it made us wonder: wtf are we doing here? Enjoy!

Little explainer why i got 9th while only 7 were allowed in the finals. 2 got injured (dude falling on his ribs and another dude almost breaking his back) so 2 extras were allowed. And then I finished last in finals haha. So that’s why I’m 9th hehe.

I am not sure if people understand how sketchy this sport is lol, you guys have some big balls to do this more than once. I went on a work trip to Fryslan once and we went to do this and it is sketchy as fuck. So many things can go wrong and people get really hurt. The Belgian Champ is not a exception. 🤣
