@ansonx10 i was just funnin' on ya! if it really was hurting my head, i have the technology to make it stop at my disposal. LOL i DID listen to the whole thing and maybe was getting 80dB of bass, if that in my sennheisers. once those low notes start pushing 90+dB is when i start getting a headache. while everyone else that visits your channel does so for the bass, i listen for the FUNK & soul which, as i've said before, most bass tracks by others are lacking.

good thing my headphones roll the last octave off. that tone would drive me nuts if it were really loud! LOL i'm pretty sure i can hear down to at least 18hz though as a test tone i did to break my subs in was really loud at that frequency. it wasn't until i did a tone down to 8hz that i stopped hearing woofer flap. don't a lot of bass tracks use infrasonics? i know i only hear a couple very short bursts on "woofer cooker" & have seen recording meters pegged when i couldn't hear anything too

+ansonx10 hi there, is there a way to figure out which hz of bass is most prevelant in a song? i mostly use audacity but i'd like to find out which hz range to best boost the bass for each particular song as they have different hz ranges of bass. what is the best way of going about doing that?

ridiculedrifts i personally love 30-40 herts... if you go to low it starts sounding like too much air is moving and there's not enough good sound. I like it when the air is moving so much that it's making my hat and shirt flail everywhere, but I think it's just too much that's why I like 30 hurts because it has a little faster pace and a little more harder thump.

TRY THEM ALL OUT AND SEE WHICH ONES PLAY THE BEST. LOOK IN THE DESCRIPTIONS BECAUSE SOMETIMES I PUT WHICH FREQUENCIES THEY USE, WHEN THEY'RE NOT IN THE TITLE. This test sucks man, no offence. The mids are WAY too low. the bass is kinda there, but muddy as hell. Clean it up, and then you got a decent 32hz test track.

It's relatively easy to transfer files from a computer to a phone. You could use Bluetooth, proprietary network sharing, or just email it over like the olden days.
