Around 9:12 he says to grab the arm so as to not grab the leg. Can someone tell me if this not grabbing the leg is for safety reasons or technical efficiency reasons or because competition rule reasons? Im assuming its rules but Id rather hear from someone who actually knows. Thank You 🙏
