Hi Lena, Thanks for the shout out. My most must have item when I was out on the road was a flask of coffee. Although working for the NHS my food was subsidised in the hospital staff canteens, the coffee tasted like ground up and dried dandilion roots. Also my Amature radio tranciever for the trafic reports in real time from other drivers. Love the vids. splease stay safe on the road.

Back in the 70's in Ireland, my first serious job was with Smurfit, at 16 years of age I was driving forklifts through their acquisition of another company, their policy was 18 years and adult, so I had the heavy gang down form from Dublin to process me ~ I passed and not only was allowed to continue driving the forklifts ~ I got adult wages as well swelling my £12 pw to £26 pw and backdated ~
