Cool deck profile! Im a big fan of the Cyberse archtype so i'll probably pick this one up! On another note, Where'd you get that playmat? I really love it!

this combo is amazing but it does take a bit of luck for the starting hand unless Im just not used to code talker but with only 2 copies of codec I need to open with 1 of them, a debug and I can't have a exceed in my hand or else when I search the other one later on I can't summon both

Nice deck mate. Been using it in Master Duel lately ( I don't play TCG but love yu gi oh from the anime). Question though, even when you have the full 5 link monsters down, there is nothing prohibiting the opponent from swarm summoning with higher power monsters (e.g. DestinyHero) and destroy your monsters there (apart from returning up to 2 monsters back with Firewall Dragon). Could it be better to include somehow Honeybot or wicckid and negate battle destroy for some at least of your monsters? Not talking for a full lockdown with Cyberse Clock/Magician/Quantum. Or at least summon Arcadia with 3000 power and double it by its own effect or even AccessCode talker? As all your monsters there, are below 3000 power. Please, correct me if I am wrong as I said, I am a novice player who fancies Cyberse decks.

in this specific combo your objective is precisely to make a consistent board and lock your opponent from making their combos. with iblee on the opponent's field, he can't summon anything but link monsters, and if he tries to destroy iblee by attacking one of your monsters, you can use the effect of salamangreat sanctuary and prevent the destruction. that's not counting the extra link that blocks your opponent from summoning in the extra zones, excode effect that blocks opponent's monster zones, firewall dragon that can send up to 2 opponent's monster cards back to the hand and transcode that offers protection to fd.

@@dominicelih4842 Indeed my friend, but if iblee is not on the other side, then you have problems. A raigeki can end you as well unless you have a copy in your deck and Cross designator on hand. I mean, 99% of the times, it's an opponent surrender moment when you have U-link plus iblee but it may break as well somehow.

@@panos9186 almost always try and end on firewall and iblee, you can just put their normal summon back in their hand, and raigeki is a one of. Hopefully they don't pull a one of, but it won't get rid of anythiing linked to decode or excode

In order for code talker inverted to activate you must have a viable target in your hand before cynet codec searches since both effects activate on chain would you have no monsters on hand then you can't use that trick. Anyways I play a similar built but more centered around Firewall Darkfluid

If you call the chainlink right it adds to your hand first and then the effect of inverted triggers, and you are legally allowed to play that trick :)

@@ygo-decks84 when playing on an official auto-ruling/timing system like Master Duel, you need a viable target in your hand already (before the cynet codec searches) for code talker inverted to activate. I've tried what you're suggesting and thought it would work, but it didn't (because I didn't already have a monster in hand before the chain). DJ is right bro.

This isn't bad for older.. for new or duel master needs to be changed around alot and 3x copy of corruptor to make sure you U lock them with it on their field. Super fun deck if u learn your combos

My version of this deck runs 3 Iblee, she's is quite useful to get an easy comeback when you're link 3 monster is already destroyed. Summon iblee > special summon any link-3 >Link summon accesscode

Is cynet backdoor good with the code talker deck?

I feel like cynet backdoor might have more synergy with a deck like @ ignister . Most of the value code talkers have they gain from being co-linked, so taking one out of the link is a bit suboptimal in my opinion :)

Yes you can, if parallel exceed is summoned by it's effect it becomes a level 4 with halved atk/def, and balelynx requires a lvl 4 cyberse monster :)

@@ygo-decks84 be careful with which one you link away then i guess! Always pays to read the fine print a lil finer...

@@thejoekage9499 not really...they both become lv 4 and halved attack so...it doesnt really matter which is used. Reading is indeed a strong ability
