I think dominate mode means lowest cut off frequency and highest wavelength madam.

We are trying to find reverse ln leakage current so we take as short circuit.

@@EasyElectronics_jobupdates Yes reverse current is different formula..but reverse current will be very low or negligible.but here reverse current is equal to fw current 100mA..that why confused. is it any other phenomena due instantaneous polarity change is or junction capacitance at t>0??

flash adc is the fastest adc . conversion time less than SA type adc .here SA has 12micro sec and flash has 14micro sec .plz check the answer

Excuse me ma'am, the problem u explained about ADC, I think it's wrong. The correct answer is succeccive approximation adc Bcoz its composition time is n+2 i.e.,12+2=14 .so option D is correct answer. Plz react on this comment and give me ur reply on this solution.

@@EasyElectronics_jobupdates Nope I don't have any conversation time equation abt flash. But it gives the output as soon as the input is applied. And I came opinion that it doesn't take any delay even n bit ADC is applied .

Mam , doubt on the last question . When voltage is reversed actually the diode is getting to a reverse biased condition and in reverse biase condition it will be acting like a open circuit and will be having zero current flowing through it . But you are saying that it will will be acting like an close circuit i am a bit confused .

Because here we want to find reverse current value, We consider it as short ckt because diode was actually forward biased we have only reversed the polarity of source.
