For people saying this is expensive.. Paleozoic Canadia or Void Traphole can replace Fiendish Chain. Submarineroid can replace Winda. Sphere Kuribo or more trap cards can replace Necrovalley. I used the exact same build it took 61 games from legend - kog..most people just rage scoop

i like mithra the thunder vassal since it can give the opponent a token to help summon lava golem if they are intentionally not summoning more than one monster because of knowing what deck they're going against. i also don't have the ritual beasts and needed something else in their place

Glad there's substitutes. For example, I have 1 Fiendish Chain, but also 2 Floodgates, 2 WoD, 2 Canadia, 2 Sphere, and 3 Drowning. From there just test to see what works best.

Well, it’s not a box ur, you get it from farming so Konami could still limit it to 1 if they really wanted to (I don’t think they will for now tho). Trust me tho, as annoying as burn players are, lava golem is a necessary evil in the meta, because it isn’t exactly top-tier, more like an anti-meta card.

the best way to deal with this deck is to keep only one strong monster (with destroying effect is better) and not summon another monster. when playing Shiranui against this deck i always keep only Squiresaga on the field to banish my card from the graveyard (preventing shadow game) increasing it's attack and destroy his backrow.
