I'm so glad you love them. When the cameras are rolling and the music is on they just eat up the stage with so much intensity. I only learned about them 2 months ago but they quickly shot up to be my 2nd favorite behind Dreamcatcher. Soyeon is an impressive songwriter, not just for G-IDLE but she also wrote the song "No" for CLC.

I remember the first time I heard Hann, it wasn't even the music video, I was watching a dance cover for their contest and I was just absolutely blown away by it I had to go look up the group (turns out I knew latata just didn't know it was them). After I watched the MV I thought for sure G-idle was somehow a famous established group I simply didn't know about. Imagine my surprise to find out they were rookies. It was then and there I knew they were going to be the next gg to take over the world, I still believe it. They aren't my ults, but their talent is undeniable imo. (And they have some of my favorite vocal colors too!)

Soyeon being so young and composing all these songs, I still stand by my statement when they debuted that Soyeon is the strongest all rounder I've ever seen. She literally can do it all. Her vocals are extremely strong, too, evidenced on the b-sides Oh, and she wrote the song that got CLC their first win. HUGE talent

I feel like she's one of those once in a generation talents like G-Dragon. Someone mentioned having Soyeon & Soojin is like having CL and Hyuna on the same team which is already OP. But then Minnie has that very unique indie-singer type voice, Yuqi has that rare deep soulful voice, and Miyeon has a powerful r&b style voice, so it's no wonder their overflowing talent stands out in an oversaturated industry.

G-Idle is the first GG that I admired so. Not to compare, but they possess such different vibe than the mainstream GG. They bring such fresh air and concepts to the industry and it also brings me back when I found BTS at the early 2015 kinda feelings. Soyeon the leader has put her fingers in almost all tracks in G-Idle albums. Such a magnificent woman she is. And yes, they are amazingly beautiful in their own ways.
