For those not alive back then, the 80s and 90s were fucking awesome. As long as you didnt break the law, anything went. Shows weren't cancelled by activists. TV was better with original shows. Commercials were more worth watching. Music wasn't autotuned with robotic voices and played out beats. There was a certain heart that is missing today. This prank call stuff is just a small portion.

Absolutely lol good old days are long gone and like you said people today get butt hurt to easy and they want to cancel people so sad but the 80s & 90s were special especially with call in and toll free numbers for almost anything from naught girls to psychics to weather and does anyone remember that number you could call and it did like a top 5 or 10 the popular songs of that week or something for music and it’s would play a snippet of each song.. man we didn’t have the internet so we had to find ways to entertain ourselves and yes we would do this to radio stations and also request songs as well.. man oh man I want to go back

My best prank was an ongoing one... When I was in middle school I discovered that PizzaHut has a very strict policy that the people in the call center cannot hang up on you, NO MATTER WHAT. So 2 to 3 times a week I would call them up and just make them help me with my homework or tell me funny stories. It was so much fun until my parents caught on and made me quit.
