Please go to hawza, study for a decade then start correcting. What the Shayk is refering to, is what we know of Allah (SWT) is only in proportion of our knowledge and level of spiritually. If we have low ranks in both then our rationalization of Allah (SWT) is rather low. It does not mean Allah (SWT) changes, no it means what we know of God becomes more profound as we learn more.

Imam Ali(a.s) is referred by title "wali -ullah", but Sheikh said that this stage of Wali Allah can be achieved by anyone. How is that so

there are degrees to wilayah; we also can attain to a share albeit poor and destitute compared to that attained to by Imam Ali. For example, the best heart surgeon may manifest more 'curing' than a lesser expert in the same field, even though they both qualify as heart surgeons. Think about it
