The leaf blower trick on the excess water during pressure washing is brilliant. I don't know how many pressure washing channels out there LEAVE the pools of water, because the drainage on the property wasn't done right. Blowing it away immediately like you do, Sean, seems like the logical and best thing to do! Well done. 👍👍

The difference you make to these overgrown yards never ceases to impress me. You're not only helping people who are unable for whatever reason to carefor their yard, you're also helping people who really don't know how or where to start. You've inspired me to put more effort into my own yard. My lawn is green and I don't have a dustbowl for a yard for the first Dry season ever and I've been in Palmie (NT) for 20 years! (My whipper snipper skills need a fair bit of work though. My whipper snipper eats through string like a starving animal! I figure it's user error. 🤣)

Another great job done! The people must be very grateful for you doing their yards. I know I would be and my yard isn't that bad. It could use your wipper sniper though. ❤ I know about invasive trees. There is a problem with black locus trees here. I usually go around and pull up the starts before I mow. My neighbors just mow. I don't know if I'm putting more effort than I should by pulling the starts up but... they are nasty trees. I let one grow in the middle of my yard because I didn't have any shade. I wish that I hadn't, every time I have to mow around it. One of these days I'm going to put some mulch around it.
