Hello, thank you for the information. What if I analyse of the accelerometer data from the DTFT and I choose the cut-off frequency. Similar to the gyro. Two different cut-off frequency will I have. So how can I determine the trust value according to my informations

I'm trying to use an accelerometer to make a light come on when it detects deceleration and I've manage to make a code to get it to work how I wanted it to, but I've come across a problem, when I'm going down hill it will turn the light on. do you know how to fix this. I'm new to Arduino so only know the basics

When you are going downhill, your velocity increases; which means your acceleration increases. To reduce the velocity, you might be pressing break, which means reduction of velocity; means deacceleration. That's why light is turning on. This is my guess without knowing you usecase. Where have you put the device, is it in a car or on your body? If you keep the velocity same in the downhill, light shouldn't go up.
