He needs to understand that people love him just like Chris Perez n Suzette because of Selena. If Selena’s wasn’t killed no one would know who they were. They claimed the fame because of their talent? No. People loved Selena n they want to support and show their love for Selena thru y’all. It doesn’t mean y’all are Ricky Munoz. Chris doesn’t even sing, Suzette n ab none of them sing. People write songs n produce songs doesn’t make you famous. But having a dead famous sister raised your status. He needs to understand that people love you cuz of Selena . He is not famous. People will always acknowledge him as “Selena’s brother” not a great singer or in a great band.

Hmmmm. I agree but I also disagree with your opinion. I mean I don’t know how old you are but Kumbia Kings was just something else, and that was after the fact of Selena’s death. AB wasn’t known while with Selena/Dinnos but once they became KK, they were a worldwide hit. You gotta give credit where credit is due.

Pobresito. I know he has admitted to being bipolar. Maybe his meds and alcohol did not not mix well with him last night.He produced great music for Selena and great music for the fist couple of Kumbia King albums but he will never be an entertainer like Selena Selena brought the show. She had the personality, respect, the charisma, voice, and talent. The whole package. People would not care who he was if it wasn't for Selena. No one cares who the hell he shook hands with in Vegas! It doesn't make him greater than anybody else. Also he says he represents La Raza. I would not want him representing us. He should humble himself and maybe work on better "cumbia" music so people would want to cheer and dance. It’s not that hard! Mira, you get a charismatic singer that can sing his ass off AND can talk to the crowd. You let HIM TALK. NOT you, AB! 😂. You wave, take a bow, maybe say something OCCASIONALLY. You never heard Eddie Van Halen on the stage. It was always either David Lee Roth or Sammy Hagar doing all the talking. Ya ves? You gotta work to your strengths. Minimize the weaknesses. In this case, keep the public speaking to a minimum. All said out of love, brotha. I’m a fan since way back. My parents remember seeing a 13 year old Selena Y Los Dinos in Pecos, TX back in the day. My dad said “That little girl is gonna be a star.” Dicho y echo. My dad was a musician and Tejano music man for most of his life. On stage, charismatic, energetic, and a badass singer. Off stage, surly, ornery, opinionated, but he never took any of that to the stage. He never really “made it” (though he played with Carlos Miranda and the Latin Breed for a short time) but he taught me a lot.
