There's an option in the settings that you can activate to show the cover "shields" even before combat starts. I found that very useful when preparing an atack :-)

On Ernie island (H2) there is also a workshop for crafting ammunition and grenades.

Very good guide.. thank you very much! One question though.. when you first engage enemies in a sector, there is usually a goal for the engagement, e.g. "Merc A has to kill 2 enemies at point blank range". What is benefit for meeting this goal? Are there any penalties for not meeting it?

Apparently they’ve reduced the rate at which mines burn out in either the most recent patch or the beta branch.

Yeah and it's pretty well optimized too. Very quick loading times, even without having it on my SSD. This is really nice.

@@govimodo9231 Airfields are no longer a thing afaik. You plunder, loot, craft and buy everything on the map now.
