Respected Vishal Sir, in cases of Criminal Force and Assault against women, there has been change in the identity of offender and the words "any man" are changed into "whoever" for sections 74, 76, 77, 79. So, there is misprinting in the Hindi Bare Act referred in this video as it is rightly mentioned in the Bare Acts notified by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
