Clearing capf written does not mean CLEARING CAPF EXAM, We should always say I have cleared WRITTEN, or I have appeared in interview rather than saying cleared Capf. now a days it has become a trend. PLEASE TRY TO AVOID THESE THINGS.

Noted ! Not mentioned in further video. What I beleive if a person has cleared all the stages, he is as equal to the candidate who got merit-in in terms of excellence. That's why UPSC also publishes reserve list, selecting those candidates who has qualified all the stages. That's why UPSC also sends call-up interview for further employment to those candidates who has qualified all the stages like DFO. Only reason his name is not in list is NUMBER OF VACANCIES.
