Is there a way to add and adjust the scheduled events in the left hand list rather than having to click on "add task" on the right side each time. We still have Co-Construct and really love quickly adding tasks above and below the list of tasks, it's so much quicker!

Ahh! That would be awesome...almost like adding within rows on a spreadsheet. There is not a way that I know of. One "hack" would be to create a template full of "empty" tasks. You can then import that template and then update the tasks. I agree...that would be an amazing feature.

Do change orders link to the schedule? For example, if a CO extends the schedule by 3 days, can you link that CO to that Gantt item?

Hey Ronnie...awesome question. Currently...no. There is no direct integration b/w CO's and the schedule. You could potentially link a CO to an invoice...which is linked to a schedule item...but a bit messy. I would expect them to build this out soon...they're always iterating on this stuff. For our business, I added a custom field "Schedule Impact". This way, the customer must not only agree to the financial implication...but to the schedule impact as well. This, however, is just text...nothing related to the actual schedule. We would have to go in and create/ update schedule items ourselves.
