My very first cruise (to Alaska) was on this ship. My family and I really enjoyed it. We lucked out with beautiful weather and the ship was only about 70% capacity so there was never an issue of long waits. Will always remember our time on this vessel.

Thanks for a great review. I’ve been on the Crown Princess several times & you did an excellent review. Thanks for sharing. I’m on the September 2, 2024 cruise to Alaska on the Crown , plus I arrive before the terminal it’s opened, & am one of the 1st groups boarding the ship & I love avoiding the long lines. I’m like both of you & enjoy my/ meals in one of the sit down restaurants. Much thanks again.

Thanks for the video, nice job :) We did the East Coast of Australia on the Majestic Princess which was nice. We are doing a trip on the Crown in March circumnavigating Australia which we are looking forward to. The Crown appears to be very similar, and that's not a bad thing :)

Crown Princess was my FIRST experience with Princess jussssst before the Pandemic. Beautiful ship and crew - fabulous experience ! Followed up after restart with the Enchanted Princess. Another GREAT experience with all aspects of dining even more memorable ! I think Princess balances the activities at The Piazza perfectly. It’s always a great spot to see something going on without being overwhelmed, unlike the ZOO that always unfolded in the MSC DIVINA in their “atrium” area of ship. Hoping all the changes with Princess don’t spoil the incredible vibe they built their loyal passengers on.

Thank you for watching and for your kind words. We took advantage of a good deal Princess offered us on a suite. I am not a huge buffet person on any cruise line and since this was our first time in a suite, we took advantage of the reserved class dining offered to suite guests. The buffet looked good. On this Princess class of ship, I usually get breakfast at the aft portion of the buffet and eat on the aft deck with terrific wake views. I especially love the made to order omelets.
