the terminal scenes make you appreciate what some airports have done on their renovations. what a dumpy old tired cold and prickly terminal. that reminds me of the Old Chicago Midway which most certainly was a Southwest hot spot but in between the monitor boards at the end of the terminal it looks like it says Mia. I haven't been to Miami airport in a very long time and by the looks of the interior I'm glad I haven't

Im from Australia and normally customer service is way better that that hahahaha. Maybe it is just a South West Airlines thing but the gate agent and cabin crew seemed like they'd rather eat dirt than be working their job. Great video though, keep it up!!!
