Girl, toddler world gets CRAZY! it’s a constant struggle. You are not alone! One thing we did when our two were toddlers was get 3 Rubbermaid bins and divide all the toys between them except for a handful ( less than like 6) really special things they played with every day. Only get out 1 box at a time. In a week or two when they’re getting bored with the stuff in box 1 switch it out for box 2 and repeat the process in a couple weeks for box three. It keeps them more interested in their toys because it’s like all new stuff every few weeks. Less toys are available to them at any given time to make a mess with because you know a toddler loves to pull out everything! The other thing that helped us a lot was one of the play yards. Bigger than a playpen but safely contains them for a while when you really need to get stuff done. Hang in there! You’re doing great!

Thanks for being here and watching today’s video! Today was just a very very basic cleaning to catch up. I’m going to go into more deep cleaning now that I’m caught up 😊 I know there’s some things I missed (I noticed when I was watching this back while editing) but I promise I’ll get to them lol. Thanks for supporting me and my channel I appreciate you! ❤️

That's what helped me. I raised 4 Amazing kids completely by myself. But never let my house get too crazy. Now they are older and I miss all those messes lol

@@Kiwiscleaning also what helped me was setting a timer everyday to 10 mins & I'd power clean.You'd be surprised how much you can get done in 10 mins on fast forward mom mode lol. It helped on the days where I didn't feel like cleaning all day. But definitely declutter. Less stuff less mess. I cleared my counter tops,got rid of furniture that was making my space feel small & cluttered. And simplified stuff in my bathroom. And got totes for toys & under bed organizers that I threw toys in and slide it back under the bed. Your living space will be bigger,more clear,& won't get messy as fast. I picked 1 room & worked on it until it was done. Then the next day picked another one. It's way more fun than cleaning because as you declutter you feel the stress get lighter♡ you will find what works best for you. I wish you the best on your journey. Do it for your lil one..& yourself ♡

Kiwi, I understand living in an older home with a tight budget. The shower may only need a new washer. That should be an easy and inexpensive fix. Also you would be surprised the difference paint can make in your home. That’s my suggestion for your mom.❤❤❤

Always enjoy your videos, Kiwi.❤. Toddler messes are real! There are lots of Moms out there with cleaning videos that juggle two or more little ones that would have lots of good ideas for you. It’s funny. I thought I was busy with one and when the second one came along, it was wondering why I found it so hard before LOL.

Your cleaning is probably inspiring your Mom to jump on board with you. I am sure when she comes home from work. And, the house is clean and smells clean. It makes her happy. Thank you for helping her out the way you do. Talk to your Mom. See what she would like fixed. You are a smart young lady. You could watch how to videos. And, do it for her. Or watch her and see if you notice what she don't like. We are out here to help you the best we can. I know money may be an issue. But, something small makes a big difference. I really enjoy your videos.

If the shower leaks it will add to the water bill significantly. Just FYI, tell your mom.

My hubby is out cutting wood and I'm getting ready to sweep and sweep some more! Lol We live in the country, so we see an occasional "country mouse" too, but one of my cats usually takes care of them. 🐱😅 Have a blessed day. See ya on your next video.

Hi Kiwi! Love the name!! I admire you so much. Your fearless approach to showing real-life struggles with depression is something I and many can relate to. Just remember YOU DO YOU. The fact that you are acknowledging all of this is 1% better than 0%. If you have not read the book yet and if you can, i suggest Atomic Habits by James Clear. I was in a similar position as you, and sometimes I go back 10%. After reading his book, and I am only on the 3rd chapter or something, I have improved my method. He says that we must not set goals, we must create systems instead. How can we achieve goals without knowing where to start right? Anyhow, don't be bothered about comments on you being barefoot. I am from South Africa and I also grew up going around with no shoes. Now I live in Italy and everyone looks at me like I'm going to give them some sort of sickness 🤣!!! It builds antibodies!!! Oh and shoes are restrictive to our natural form... I am a new subscriber by the way and I wish I could come and give you a hand over there!!! Keep it up!! Lots of love Jaqueline🥰

You are so sweet thank you!!! I absolutely love that book and I think it’s very helpful. I love reading self-help/Self-improvement books and I also highly recommend the book called “The Mountain is You” by i think her name is Brianna West. Such a wonderful book about overcoming bad coping mechanisms 😊 Thanks so much for being here I appreciate you!

Honestly yous are probably getting ill because of the mice. Mice constantly wee and poop so there will be germs everywhere. You really need to keep up with decluttering and anti bacteria spraying every single area in the home even on the soft furnishings especially if you have a toddler playing and putting things in his mouth etc. Although mice are very cute they carry lots of germs and are very harmfull to your health especially if they are multiplying in your home. Cant stress enough how much yous need to tackle that issue.
@Kiwiscleaning Жыл бұрын
That is not the reason I’ve been sick. I can assure you that. However, I do know the risks of having mice and I don’t think they’re cute at all. I’m working on getting rid of them as well as decluttering and trying to keep my home clean. Trust me I’m not friends with the mice and I don’t want them. i want them gone and stress about it daily. An exterminator is very hard to get in my town because I live in a tiny village and they need to travel over an hour to come here so its booked very far in the future. We are in the process of getting rid of them and we are also going to be getting a cat to help with the problem. I appreciate the concern but I’m very aware of the issue as I stated in the beginning of this video 😊 Thanks for watching my video today 😊

@@Kiwiscleaning I didn't mean sick as in your mental health which you are honest about and recently been discussing. I meant when yous are ill due to a bug/germs. Anyway hope you get it sorted soon and good luck with the cat, not all cats catch mice or scare them away but hopefully the one you get does.
@Kiwiscleaning Жыл бұрын
I wasn’t talking about my mental health either 😊 I’ve been ill for other reasons. I really hope we do a cat that can catch them though. Thank you ❤️
