bro, the Johto High Command guide is really good. I know it's from Pokeking, a Chinese site that compiled information on what to do in each situation. Unfortunately, that site doesn't load the information for me, it just stays blank. I happened to find this document, but it's a shame it's only for Johto. Do you think you could get all the guides for the other regions? I would really appreciate it. Cheers

I believe they were nerfed to only revive half HP now, so they are barely worth it
